Recently, Feili Logistics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.subordinated to Feiliks was awarded the Customs Approved Exporter Certificate of the People’s Republic of China issued by Shenzhen Customs.

With this Certificate, Feili Logistics (Shenzhen) doesn’t need to apply for the certificate origin of exported goods on invoices one by one and could enjoy tariff concession under preferential trade agreement with the certificate of origin issued by itself, which shall have the same effectiveness as the certificate of origin signed and issued by the customs.

The approved exporter certified enterprise of the customs could enjoy preferential tariff, and in the meanwhile, arrange for exports of goods more flexibly, thus increased clearance efficiency, brought more convenient customs clearance experience to the mass customers, and more benefiting to the expansion of international market.

The Approved Exporter System is an important measure for the convenience of the certification of origin, which has a great significance in docking to the high-standard international trade rules and providing services for constructing the global oriented high-standard free trade zone network. So far, this mode has been implemented with RCEP and the free trade agreements of China-Switzerland, China-Iceland, China-Mauritius, China-New Zealand, etc., and the RCEP has 15 contracting countries.
