After more than a year of data collection, analysis and field research, the project of No. 3 warehouse in Kunshan Operations Department of Supply Chain Department was successfully completed and officially launched on June 11, 2018. Such act is the product of us following the trend of “intelligent production” era, by upgrading and reforming the existing flat warehouse operation mode and introducing the automatic warehousing operation mode.

On August 31, 2017, the Multi-layered Warehouse Project Group was formally established and held its first project meeting, which determined the progress of the whole project and clarified the responsibilities of each project member department. On September 1, leaders of No.1 Operation Department were convened to make the plan of moving goods on 2,000 stack boards in the 3A warehouse. Before September 24, leaders spent staff rest time on moving the original stock in the warehouse, adjusting the shelf storage height, and successfully emptying 2000 boards in 3A warehouse.

It took nearly a year to build this warehouse.
