The unveiling ceremony for the reorganization of Jiangsu Aoji International Logistics Development Co., Ltd. and the establishment of Feiliks Yangtze River Shipping Department was held in Nantong, Jiangsu on July 11. The meeting was chaired by Liu Yong, General Manager of Jiangsu Aoji International Logistics Development Co., Ltd. Geng Hao, President of Feiliks, and Tang Junhong, Vice President of Feiliks, attended the unveiling ceremony, and Geng Hao delivered a speech for the unveiling ceremony.
After the completion of this reorganization, Feiliks became the controlling shareholder of Jiangsu Aoji, which also means that Aoji joined the Feiliks Group family. With the joining of Jiangsu Aoji, Feiliks will further strengthen its layout in the northern Jiangsu market and improve its products and operational capabilities along the Yangtze River. Since then, Feiliks has obtained the barge shipping qualification for the feeder line of the Yangtze River, and has added a shipping business segment for the feeder line of the Yangtze River, providing customers in East China with a new choice of transportation mode, and further improving and facilitating the in-depth promotion of the “land to water” model.
The Yangtze River Shipping Department of Feiliks is mainly responsible for the creation of Yangtze River transportation products and operation services. The reorganization of the Company and the new establishment of the organizational department have enabled Feiliks to be simultaneously improved in terms of operating qualification and operation organization, aiming to enhance Feiliks’ product capabilities in the Yangtze River branch line, and improve the domestic trade river transport and foreign trade barges along the Yangtze River.
